  2. Rates are already discounted 5% cash rates.  Master Card / Visa / Discover welcome at full rate (add 5% to above rates).
  3. Two night's deposit is required to confirm reservation.  Deposit applies to the last day(s) of reservation.
  4. Balance due upon arrival in Cash, Credit Cards or Travelers Check.  No personal checks accepted upon arrival.  Personal checks accepted on deposit only, if received two weeks prior to arrival date.
  5. Deposits refundable (not transferable) - Only if notified two weeks prior to arrival date AND subject to 25% service charge.
  6. NO REFUNDS - within 2 Wk. of arrival date or for early departures.
  7. Reservations are subject to confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate or condition beyond our control.  Sorry, no pets, stereos or bicycles in rooms.
  8. Confirmed reservations held until 5 PM unless notified.
